If you see "#VALUE" for any values on the table, it means a Grand Exchange price for one of the items involved in the method is updating. You can either click on the method's page to see if the hourly profit is showing up there, or just check back on the site after the Grand Exchange has finished updating for the specific item involved.

The "GP Required" contains the amount of GP you need to do one hour of the given method. The information in the "Hourly Profits" row is calculated with the "GP Required" amount already included. So whatever you see on the "Hourly Profits" row is what you're going to make in profit for that hour, so there's no need to subtract the information in the "Hourly Profits" row by the information in the "GP Required" row.
