Background
A surface dungeon came out in Edgeville that has a lot of giants and also, a lot of Limpwurt root spawns. This caused the price of Limpwurt Roots to crash, but now the roots have stabilized in price. To access this surface dungeon, you need to have level 20 dungeoneering.
Methodology
You will be needing a brass key, law and fire runes (around 100 of each), and an air staff. Start off at Varrock with these items in your inventory. Have the Air Staff equipped. Go to the location indicated by the Red Arrow (picture below).
You will arrive to a small building with a locked door. Click on the locked door and it will unlock because you have a brass key. There is a ladder in the room. Climb down the ladder and you will be in a room full of giants. Just run south until you reach a the gate for a dungeoneering surface dungeon.
Once you are in this dungeoneering surface dungeon, you will notice on your compass map that there are 4 limpwurt root spawns in the room (indicated by red dots in the image below)
All you have to do is go around the room collecting the Limpwurt roots.
So how much can you make by collecting these roots? Let's find out!
Profit Calculation
It takes 20 seconds to go around the room collecting the 4 Limpwurt Roots. It takes 30 seconds for the roots to respawn. The left over 10 seconds that accumulates every minute serve to make up for the banking time. So you get 4 limpwurt roots per minute, or 240 Limpwurt Roots per hour (4 roots x 60 mins).

Wow! I didn't know that I could make 300k+ an hour! I had been using this for a few days and now I know that I should get back into it ^_^

I used to use this until I found out about a different method (which I may post on YouTube by the way) and it made me over 400k per hour through selling the limpwurts and big bones from the hillies that attacked me (I'm level 55 and they attack you until level 57) so I made about 80k extra. :3
