Background
Some serious money in both F2P worlds and P2P worlds is making pie shells. Pies count as some of the best healing foods in Runescape. Making pies however, is not an easy or short process. That's why pie-makers buy their pie shells rather than making it on their own. This pie-shell making gap leaves a potential for big money!
Method
Buy 1800 (or more) pastry dough and pie dishes. Position yourself at a one-click bank such as the Bank Chest in Al-Kharid Duel Arena. One-click banks make it faster to bank your items and give you faster access to your bank.
Withdraw 14 Pie Dishes and 14 Pastry Dough. Use a Pastry Dough with a Pie Dish.
Something like the image below should appear in your Chat Box area. Right click it and select "Make All"
You will see that the Pie Dishes in your inventory are combining with Pastry Dough to make Pie Shells. Once they all turn into Pie Shells, bank them, and withdraw the next 14 Pie Dishes and Pastry Dough.
Making 14 Pie Shells, banking them, and then withdrawing the next 14 Dough and Dishes takes 25 seconds . That means you can create 1800 pie shells per hour.
Profits
Now it's time to calculate the profits you can make EACH HOUR by using this method! Let's take a look at the profits considering the current Grand Exchange prices of Pie Dishes, Pastry Dough, and Pie Shells.
Stick with this method and you'll soon see GP "shelling" into your bank!

thers a loop hole in the pie dish thing
it takes a while but
in the colimacers chest from the quest rfd ther r 10 dish u can buy for 4 gp eait cost 4k in stead of 100k
which means BIGGER PROFITS
tho it takes time 2 hop in 100 diffrent mem worlds tho u must complete all of rfd for all the dishes and its easier 2 hop wrlds with the new lobby system on runescape so u dont hav 2 constintly logg in and out
quick and cheap way for 1k dishes is colimacer chest which u need 2 finish all of rfd
1k dishes through chest =4k
ther 10 dishes
4k through chest is alot cheaper then 110k through ge
which=BIGGER PROFIT
the down side to this is u hav 2 hopp wrlds to all mem wrlds down the list then repeat
this was made easier by the march update adding the lobby making it easier 2 hopp w/o having 2 logg in and out
pie shells are like 2X more money now they are like 1k gold it says they are 500 gp so more gold!

Good one - you make an average (now) of 654 coins per shell - 9.4K (or so) per trip - 100 trips gets 900K profit! 0MG - GR34T PR0F1T FR0M TH1S M3TH0D!
Making your own pie dishes helps if you can buy them made more meat pies. Soft clay cost around the same as meat pies, but you get some crafting xp, and soft clay is very easily bought. This will slow you down a lot though.

might i just add that at Frenita in Yanille you can buy pie dishes for 3 gp each. She only has stock for 10 though and the respawn time is pretty slow. This saves a helluva lot of gp though
if you are f2p then go to cooking guild and get cooking apples while ur waiting for pie dishes to buy and hen when ur ready u can put the apples in the pie shells to make even more profit!
I guess this was a good method, but with the G.E updates, the prices dont fit anymore, you dont make profit :(
what is hard in rs is that you need to use your method quikly before ppl catch it and make the prices go higher...

OMG. I had the funniest story. I bought 1k meat pies to do this a few months back. It cost me 260k. I got lazy and didn't do this though. After about 4 months of it just sitting in my bank, I check the price on meat pie and it over 1k! I just made 1m from selling em. LOL
