Shad
This is a 100% REAL method that you can do once daily. To fully benefit the 600k-700k in 15 minutes, you first need to do some quests to access some areas and shops that this method requires.
Basically, we have outlined a path of shops you can go to in order to purchase items for cheap and sell them on the GE for a profit. These items consist of stackable items, such as runes, so you can buy them in big ammounts and sell them all for a big profit in the Grand Exchange. We ran through the method, and it can be accomplished in 15 minutes.

Shopping Method and Path:
1. Teleport to Castle Wars using Ring of Dueling. Head to Mage Guild. Buy the earths, waters, and deaths. These three runes are the runes that can be sold for a profit in the Grand Exchange. You will be buying these three at all other rune shops.
2. Teleport to Ralekka. I usually use my home teleport to get there. Run northwest to the boats, use your seal of passage to travel, and the boat. Get off the small boat once you reach your destination and climb up the leadder, and travel again on the larger ship.
You will arrive on Lunar Island. Once there, head into town and go north west to the house with legs. Go up and it's a rune shop. Buy all the earths, waters, and deaths. You can also buy 5 battle staffs.
3. Teleport to Falador and run north west to Taverly. Go to the General store an buy the Vial packs and Eye of Newt packs.
4. Teleport to Falador again and run south this time, to Port Sarim. Go to the rune shop. Buy all the earths, waters, and deaths. Run south to the fishing shop. Buy all the feathers.
5. Head east to board the ship to Pest Control. Once your ship lands on the Pest Control, head to the rune shop. Buy all the earths, waters, and deaths.
6. Use the Ring of Dueling to teleport to Al Kharid. Go south west to the Gnome glider. Select the tree on the top left as your destination. When you land, you will see another Gnome Glider. Click on him, and then select the Palm tree on the bottom as your destination. This will take you to Shilo.
Once there, run North west. Cross the water fall. Run north past the trolls. Enter Shilo Village, and head to the fishing hut. Buy all the feathers there. Go to the General Store and buy the Vial packs and vial of water packs.
7. Use games necklace to teleport to barbarian outpost. Run north to the stepping stones and hop across north to the light house. Enter the house, go to the second floor and trade Jasik. Buy the Vial packs and Vial of Water Packs.
8. Teleport to Ardougne. You have the option to bank here, because you will be heading out to level 54 Wildy in just a second. Run west to the general store and buy the Vial packs and Vial of Water packs. Now you will be heading out to the wilderness, so you have the option to bank.
Head west towards the Ardougne Castle and go a little north of the castle. You will see a room with a lever. Pull the lever to be whisked to level 54 wilderness. Head north, cut through the cobwebs (with a sharp weapon). Head west until you see a small building with cobwebs and a lever. Cut through the cobwebs to get to the lever. Pull the lever to be taken to the Mage Arena bank. There you will see a rune seller named Lundail. Usual procedure, buy the earths, waters, and deaths. Talk to Gundai, the banker, and take out some teleport runes to Varrok.
9. Teleport to Varrok for the last step. Go south east to the rune shop. Claim the freebies. Buy earths, waters, and deaths. Head to the battle staffs store. Trade Zaff and buy all Battle Staffs. Finally, head over to the GE and sell it all off.
Sell all these items on the Grand Exchange. Selling all of them should yeild a profit of 600k-700k. And it only took you 15 minutes! This can only be done once daily, as the shops take 24 hours to fully restock.

Thanks, awesome guide! Although it did take me longer (it will probably get faster over time). Also, guess i gotta do shilo village quest now! Even without Lunary Diplomacy Quest,
Shilo Village Quest, Horror from the Deep Quest, and access to Magic Guild, i still made a profit! Granted, its a lot smaller than 600k. Gonna work my magic up now

a f2p can u plz calculate how much a f2p gets from port sarim and varok store? im guessing like maybe maybe 100k in about 5 min?
I'd also like to mention that instead of teleporting to Fallador and running to Port Sarim, you can use the cabbage port option on the explorers ring 3 which teleports you to the cabbage patch just North of Port Sarim.
Any way great guide Shad, I just need access magic guild, finish Lunar Diplomacy and finish Horror from The Deep.
i agree with you grey anyway... im f2p and i teled varock just to make sure prices still worked lol then i bought the runes at varock store then teled cabbage port bought in sarim teled varok sold in ge and i maide about 20k so this guide might wrok for mems it dosent work well for f2p o also later on deaths get more expensive then ge price so u lose money and deaths only take about 5-10 sec to restock so the stock of 10 deaths takes a few mins not 24 hours vial packs and water vial packs might take long also the elemental runes might but its still prob about maybe once every 10 hours?
nice guide, but cant you do this all the time? just log onto a diffrent server after you buy from one shop and buy it again from that server..unless they changed that

Just to tell you Chase, unfortunately because of the shop update Jagex made, it will take approximately 24 hors to restock for EVERY world.

Sell all of your items for Med-Max to avoid this method becoming worse. It's great, but make sure prices don't drop.

Just to let u know,there are several more shops u can purchase from.The fishing store in Lumbrige has feathers.There are a couple of merchants in the Relleka market area where u can buy feathers and vial packs from.Also,in miscellenia, there are fish merchants who have feathers.the shanty pass store has feathers.Ali morissane has runes if u did his minigame.also,u can purchase runes from the zamarok mage in edgeville if u did the abyss thing.In entrana,there is a herblore shop u can buy from.on ape atoll theres a magic shop u can buy earths and waters from. Also on lunar isle theres someone who sells vial packs.finally, in gu tannoth(sp?) and ogre sells eye of newt packs along with vial packs. because i went to these stores, i made a mil in profits! i suggest u add these to the guide.
Shad, make sure you also include the Warrior's Guild- Defence Pots make you about 50k now while Strength pots get 20k...the food store has profis too!
It's ok I went from like 1.4m to 1.7m doing all the places. Not bad I might try it again :)
In Relleka there's a fish monger that sells 1000 feathers.
I LOVE this guide! Even though I can't do the part were you telliport to barbarian outpost, since I didn't do horror from the deep quest, I still made a lot of cash from it! I suggest putting all the items you will need at the start of the guide, and also, I could not find the general store in Taverly. 0.o Are you sure there is one?
