Sheep Shearer Quest Guide

Requirements: None

Rewards: 1 Quest Point, 150 Crafting XP, and 2,000 coins

Walkthrough:

Head out on the northern road from Lumbridge (With 21 free inventory spaces, it helps, really) until you get to Fred the Farmer's house. (It's the one with all the chickens in the front) Amble on in and ask him for a quest. He'll tell you that he needs some black balls of wool. Simple task, really.

Now if you don't know how to shear sheeps, during your conversation, he can give you a tutorial. First, he says, pick up the shears and use them on the black sheep to collect their wool. He'll also tell you how to spin wool into balls if you ask him.

Pick up the pair of shears on the table and go out into the field to the east of Fred's house and be sure to shear only the black sheep until you have 20 in your inventory. Run back to Lumbridge castle and climb the stairs to the first (JaGeX uses a different floor numbering system. Ground floor is the ground level, first floor is the one above it, etc...) floor and the spinning wheel is in the bedroom.

Click on it and right click the option for "Balls of wool/Black balls of wool" and select "Make all." You character should begin spinning the 20 balls of black wool, in the process, gaining 50 exp.

Run back to our buddy Fred, give him the balls of wool, and, Congratulations! You just finished Sheep Shearer!

NOTE: IF you did this quest, before it was updated (The wool you had had to collect was just regular wool), then you can go to Fred the Farmer to claim your extra rewards.
