Ok so some of you may want to take pictures for quests with hopes of becoming famous in the world of RuneScape. Well this guide will teach you how to take pictures of RuneScape.

Step One – Having the Right Programs

To take pictures on RuneScape you do not need high-tech equipment just a one simple program listed below.

• Paint – paint is standard on all Microsoft computers but I am not sure about Macs but I am sure they have a similar program

Step Two – Taking the Picture

To take a picture on RuneScape you first need to be in the location you want your picture at. Then to take the picture press the “Print Screen” button once. (The “Print Screen” button is located on the right side of the keyboard close to the backspace button.) Now you have taken the picture. “Where is it?” you might ask. We will find out in just a minute.





Step three – Putting the Picture on Paint

Now to see your picture open up Paint and press “Ctrl” and “V” at the same time this
will display your picture.





Step four – Editing the Picture

Now to edit the picture you need to select the dotted rectangle. Next click and drag it over the area you want of your picture. Once you have the area you want selected press “Ctrl” and “C” at the same time this copies the selected area. Once you have done that you need to press “Ctrl” and “N” at the same time this creates a new clean Paint document and gets rid of the extra parts of the picture. Now press “Ctrl” and “V” again and there is your final picture.


Step five – Saving the Picture

Now that you are done editing it is time to save the picture. You will want to save it with a “.jpg”, “.png” or a “.gif” extension. To save the document, go to “file” and then under “file” go to “save as” click that and a window should appear like so…






















Now where it says “save in” (circled in red) click the drop down arrow and find where you want to save it. Once you have done that, where it says “file name” (circled in blue) type in what you want to name your document. Then where it says “save as type” click the drop down arrow and select either “JPEG”, “PNG”, or “GIF”. Once that is complete click “save” and you are done. Thank you for reading my guide.
