The Knights Sword Quest Guide

Description - Sir Vyvin's squire has lost Sir Vyvin's sword ceremonial sword and he need help finding a replacement.
Requirements - 10 mining
Items needed - 2 iron bars, one blurite ore (obtained during quest) pickaxe, picture of sword (obtained during quest), and one redberry pie.

Difficulty - Intermediate
Length - Short
Starting Point - White Knight's Castle, Falador
To Start - Talk to Sir Vyvin's Squire
Rewards - 1 Quest point; 12,725 Mining XP
1. To start this quest, talk to the squire who is wandering around the falador castle garden. Ask him how life is as a squire and then goes on to say that he lost sir Vyvin’s sword and then say that you’ll help make another one.
2. Then ask him if the dwarves are capable of making another one. Then he’ll say to go ask Reldo who is located in Varrock Castle library. When you talk to Reldo, he’ll say that there still are some dwarfs left after the barbarians almost wiped them out.
3. Next, Reldo will say that there may be some dwarves left by the cliffs by Port Sarim (west of Port Sarim). Go south of falador until you should see a cliff with a home to a side. Inside should be a dwarf named “Thurgo”.
4.) Thurgo is also the master smither in Runescape. Ask him if he wants some redberry pie. Then the chat screen will exit and then he will say that he will make another one but needs a picture. Now head to falador castle and head up the ladder to the 2nd floor where you will find (see below)
5.) Stairs where you go up and find Sir Vyvin and his room. In his room, search intil you find a cupboard and open&search it and you’ll find a picture.
6.) Head on back to Thurgo and show him the picture. He will say he needs two iron bars and one blurite ore. The blurite ore is in the cave by the cliff.
7.) Go down the ladder and you’ll find a long tunnel. Go in that long tunnel and you’ll see a place made of ice. To the right of it is a place where two blurite rocks can be mined.
**WARNING** There are level 57 Ice Warriors and Ice Giants here and they can hit pretty high
8.) So quickly mine an ore and come out.
9.) Go back to Thurgo and give him the materials along with the picture and he’ll give you a blurite sword.
10.) Now take that sword back to the squire in the Falador Garden and click on “Chat” and hand him the sword and your done quest complete.
This is the reward!

yo this is killerzrus76 in runescape in the beginning u said its 12k mining xp but its actually SMITHING xp. please correct that otherwise good guide
